What we receive
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your email. That can include your message, the page or offer you mention and any source link or screenshot you decide to send. We do not ask you to upload school records, passwords, payment details or identity documents.
What the site currently does not do
The V1 directory does not require an account, student login or form submission. It does not currently set an analytics profile or ask for a student document through the site. Provider pages and affiliate destinations may use their own cookies, account systems and tracking after you leave this directory; their privacy notices control that activity.
Email and correction handling
Email sent to hello@studentoffer.org is used to read and respond to the question, investigate a correction or discuss a directory partnership. Include only the minimum information needed. We do not need private enrollment records to review a public offer URL. Do not send passwords, payment data, government identifiers or confidential school documents.
Retention and changes
This site does not promise a fixed email retention period in this V1 policy. Messages may remain available for as long as needed to respond, document a correction or protect the integrity of the directory, after which they can be deleted according to the mailbox and operating process used by the publisher. If analytics, consent tools, accounts or another data process is introduced, this page will be updated before that feature is enabled.
